Peter & Sarah

Peter and Sarah have now been in Traverse City for over a year, and describe their year as “settling in”.  Pete continues to work remotely for Barr Engineering here in Bloomington, MN doing more stream restoration work.  He travels to Minnesota every couple of months and occasionally brings one of the kids with him.  Sarah is working at the hospital in Traverse City,  settling in to her inpatient PT role.  Jonah  (5) loves preschool, he comes home “full of sand and new songs” every day.  He hunts for Petoskey stones at the beach, and fights the “evil stick monsters” in the woods.  Greta will be three in February; she is full of energy and talking up a storm. She loves coloring, telling stories and generally being social.  She spent her fall doing an intensive feeding therapy program in Grand Rapids, MI, and now is working on getting her swallowing muscles stronger.  She loved “feeding school” and is making progress with eating.
