Peter and Sarah continue to enjoy Traverse City, MI.  Peter still works remotely for Barr Engineering here in Bloomington, MN.  He was working remotely before everyone else had to start that due to COVID.   He works on stream restoration projects and other projects impacting water quality in North Dakota, Michigan and Minnesota, but has not been traveling much, doing most work remotely.  Sarah continues to work three days a week as a physical therapist at the hospital in Traverse City.  She did get furloughed for a time due to COVID until the hospital was able to have enough PPE for protection. Jonah and Greta had to switch to remote learning last spring and started this fall that way as well.  They were able to go back in person after Thanksgiving.  Jonah is in 4th grade, and Greta is in 2nd grade and an amazing story teller.   Their entire family loves cross country skiing, and Jonah is already learning to skate ski.  Their whole family will ski in the Birkebeiner again this year, different races for the kids and for Sarah and Peter.
