Judy

Judy continues her volunteer work as a Guardian ad Litem for the Hennepin County Child Protection department.  She keeps a limit of managing three families most of the time, and that seems to be what she can manage well.  She is still the chair of the global ministries committee at our church.  Our congregation is hosting an Afghan refugee family and that has been fun but taking considerable time.  They are a delightful family and they add much to our community.  Working on getting them into classes to learn English as a second language and helping the two men find jobs has taken a chunk of the team’s time.
