Bryan Peter & Sarah
Bryan graduated from St. Olaf in May ‘06. His future plans got delayed when, unfortunately, after spending months on the alternate list, he heard in August that he wasn’t accepted to Med School for this year. So he is studying to retake the MCAT test early this year, and he will reapply for the Fall of 2008. He is still working at his job in the ER at Fairview Southdale Hospital, and also working with one of the urology professors at the Univ. of Minn. Med. School doing clinical research. He and four of his friends who also graduated from St. Olaf are renting half of a duplex in St. Paul. They are having a good time, but also learning the reality of paying bills. He continues to be “involved” at St. Olaf where his girlfriend Suzi Hintz is a junior. She is also a ‘cellist in the St. Olaf Orchestra in the premed program. We really enjoy having a wonderful excuse to keep going to St. Olaf concerts.
Peter & Sarah are keeping themselves very busy with home projects, Pete’s grad school coursework and research, and Sarah’s job. We enjoy having them be close enough in the city to be able to get together, but we know that all of our schedules don’t let that happen without some planning. They went to Michigan over the holidays, so we had great fun having our Christmas together last week as we celebrated Epiphany.
