This year has been anything but timeless for us.  We were able to help plan and organize a  very successful retirement celebration Hymn Festival for my mother Verna on July 2, as she retired from her 60+year ministry as a church organist.  Judy and I squeezed a week of vacation in before we had to meet her sister and brother in Denver to help empty out their parents’ townhouse, getting it ready to be sold. At that same time our own house kitchen remodel project was begun.  That project totally gutted the kitchen, cut out the window to the east so a larger bay window jut-out could be added, and then redid the kitchen from the studs out.  Four months of semi controlled chaos later we have a wonderful new kitchen.

Here’s a few highlights from our family.
